<p>I have been insuring my vehicle with first for women for the past five years and every time i have a query with regards to my policy they only respond via e-mail with a promise that a consultant will call me within 24 hours then on monday on the 26th of february i disputed the premium they've been taking from my bank account barely two hours after doing that they've manage to sent me an e mail threatening that my car will not be covered as they haven't received any payment the respond i gave was that they only care about receiving money from my bank account than addressing issues with regards to my policy that's why now I've taken a new policy with another company.</p>
