Money back please- copied the same complaint i lodge on the 8th coz no one botheree to call!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was charged a fee for a vehicle that i was not in possession of. I puchased a new car and had told the agent that im only going to be takinf delivery on the 26th of which he changed vehicle details before i took delivery of a vehicle. And i was then forced to pay for a bmw cover of which i was not supposed to coz it was already covered! I would like for the R190 paid back into my account please!!!!
