MISS

After submitting my claim on the 24/04/2019 no one came back to me to give feedback, when I called a week later then I was told it was rejected, while I was holding the phone got cut off the consultant didn't even bother to call me back that was on the 03-05-2019 , then I called back the following week the 06/05-2019 to cancel. this morning i got an -mail from first for women that my Tyre & Rim Guard policy has been cancelled due to no payment received for the last 3months i was surprised to received such an e-mail after i have cancelled my policy with them, I have asked them to correct my record that the policy was cancelled due to non payment as this may have a negative impact to my record in the future. as always i have not received feedback from them. I WAS HAPPY WITH MY COMPREHENSIVE COVER AND THEIR SERVICE I HAD TO CANCEL DUE FINANCIAL DIFFUCULTIES AND I WAS PLANNING TO TAKE ANOTHER POLICY WITH THEM ONCE I AM BACK ON MY FIT , AFTER Tyre & Rim service I DON’T WANT TO HEAR A THING ABOUT FIRST FOR WOMEN.

they must get their house in order their service is beyond poor and their consultants they don't know about customer service and so unprofessional!
