MISREPRESENTATION
April 2015 I received a call from a sales consultant selling extended warranty to me for my VW Polo1.4 2012, I agreed and the debit commenced from 25th April.
4th September 2015 my car went in for the normal service and VW advised that the car's clutch kit had to be replaced which will be a total amount of R 6000, I than called first for women on the 5th to query if the warranty covers this issue and I was advised that they do but there was no commencement and end date on my policy.
First for women told me I had to get the manufacture warranty certificate from VW that indicates when the warranty expires, i did so and sent it to A Howard who assured that someone from the claims department will call me back if not than someone from the dealership should call them before they replace the clutch kit.
10th September 2015 I took my car in for the replacement to my surprise when first for women was contacted Anthony at the claims department advised that the policy is not valid and they will not cover the repairs as the warranty was sold to me after the manufacture warranty had expired.

PLEASE RESOLVE THIS OR REFUND ALL MY PREMIUS
