misleading client

First for woman have a campaign running where as if u refer 3or more pple n they receive a no obliggation free qoute for car,building or household contents you get a 1000voucher gor ever 3referel .the problem is I have refered 4 prople and they spoke to all 4but my friends are still waiting for their qoute n they are really interested to take insurance they even took my friends banking details but still I have not received my voucher n my friends still not their qoute ..I ferl this is misleading the client because we have given our time for this.
