Misinformed Me about my claim

My car slid into a ditch in Margate on the 09.01.16. The car was towed to a local panelbeater as I was uncertain of the damage underneath. The useless thing first told me that my car would be assessed and that everything will be finalised by the following Friday. On that Friday I found out that my car hadn't been assessed and that it was towed to Durban (from Margate) to be assessed at their assessment centre. I was furious but had to calm down and wait. I went back home to Durban knowing that my vehicle can be fetched with ease after the assessment. He had said he'd give me feedback on Friday the 22.01.16 which he did but told me that the vehicle was being assessed in Margate and was not towed to Durban as he had said. What's worse is that he is denying everything he said and when I asked him for our telephone recordings he kept saying he'll post them to me but I haven't received them to date. He didn't even apologise for the inconvenience and didn't admit that he is the one who gave me false information. Our call got cut and when I tried to call him back he didn't take my calls but allowed his colleague to handle the matter. Dinesh is totally useless.
