Miscommunication /Wrong details

I taken a vehicle insurance with 1ST for Women 1 September 2023, they captured model of car and vin incorrectly. My premium was R400 now they are telling me they start new cover for R1300 and all these years my car was incorrectly covered due to their negligence. I need the assistance to escalate this matter. I'm also supposed to received cashback in 1Septermber 2026 . I request a call and email from Nthuthuko regarding step being taken to resolve this matter. Furthermore no photos were requested from me.
