Messed up insurance company
My girlfriend left her car at Renew It Autobody Randburg first week of December, she claimed for rear bumper and front fender, 2 weeks later she was notified that her car is ready for collection, when she got there the bumper was not fixed only to find out that First for women forgot to send the approval for the repair of a bumper. they arranged courtesy car as my girl had already returned the car she was using...I meant what the heck? Such an unprofessional service? Forgot???
Then she was called to say the bumper has now been fixed on the 21st December, when she got there the job was sooo bad you would swear that it was done in Hillbrow under the tree, they only fixed the bumper and left the fender which were all damaged in the same accident, why was it not fixed is beyond me. The repairers informed her that only the bumper was approved by insurance and not the rear fender. Really??? Did you send a qualified assessor for this job?
Then she received a call from europcar to say insurance has only given extension of the car until the 5th of Jan 2016, and this was not communicated to us. and then we both fainted of the pathetic service from this insurance company...Last for Women!!
