I feel betrayed . Ive been with these guys since 3018 . My first fee months with them i had a claim , all went fine . But 4 years later after the claim my premium is still very high no matter how they re- qoute me its always high. I just found out yesterday on the latest policy stament they sent me that they are ‘claiming’ i had an accident or claim less than a year ago, which i have no memory they rven failed to give me dates of such accident. Now am here wondering this is why even other insurance i tried qoutes with they always qouted me as an expensive driver, i feel ****med .. i trusted 1st for women and encourages my friends to join, to my shock , they got low premiums than mine although they were new drivers, driving more expensive cars than mine . 1st for women is a **** .ot means 2018 accident still count as ‘less than a year ago’. They ruining my driving reputation. When i called they never reached solution they said they will call back they never did. What must we do when insurer is not transparent. I want all my money that i ever paid minus what it costed them to fix my car in 2018 ..******* robbing women
