1st for Women is a total **** . I joined them in 2022. Last year December I logged a claim they rejected my claim they said I did not cover the windscreen which I claimed for. I asked them when did I say I don’t want to cover the windscreen? I then requested them to send me a recording of me saying I don’t want them to cover the windscreen. It took them a month and weeks to find the recording. They don’t me that they listen to the recording and it’s their consultant who didn’t explain to me so they will pay me. Till this date they failing to provide me with the recording as well as my money back because I had to take a loan to repair my windscreen.
