****mer 1st for woman
This is a ****. I was involved in an accident in November the 25th and my claim was rejected due to issues that wasn't proven . They did all that quick and closed the claim since I was advised that my car will be returned on the 2nd of Jan I haven't received my car back and sending them mails is like you doing nothing because they don't respond. I was being assisted by Marlize and venolyn

24 Jan 2024, 15:58I was also advised that my car was towed without keys.How possible is that? Because I was driving the car while was involved in an accident . I am very disappointed because u as well ruining your comparators names about the letters they sent to you. I have the letter from my previous insurance and it was a mutual dispatch I can as well attach the letter here.
So far it's 2 months I haven't received my car back nor hear of anything regarding my keys and when I send email to both Marlize and Venolyn they don't respond, the time I call the only thing they tell me is lies.

25 Jan 2024, 08:24Bad service I've ever experienced in my entire life. 1st for woman is a scan and they run away when you call for follow ups and when it's email you will even think their mail boxes doesn't exist, that's how they don't respond to quires.
Lets make venolyn and Marlize trend with their BAD service as well as 1st for woman as a whole.
