****med of My ACCESS PAYOUT MONEY
Dear 1st For Woman Department,
I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding my outstanding claim, which was submitted in July 2024. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive payment, and I continue to be told that the claim is "still being processed." This delay is completely unacceptable.
I had to pay out of pocket to repair my vehicle and cover my excess, trusting that 1st For Woman would honor its obligations as per the insurance policy. However, after almost eight months, I have yet to receive my rightful payout.
I request the following:
A written explanation detailing the reason for this excessive delay. An immediate resolution with a firm date for payment. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance and explore legal options. I expect a response with a concrete resolution within 72 hours
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
We acknowledge the receipt of your complaint.
Please note that we have escalated the matter to the relevant department.
Kind regards,
The 1st For Women Team
