had an amazing consultation with their and I then I moved my insurance to them . But 4 months later when I decide to go through my profile on the 1st for women app I realised that the car hire was not included. , I then call them and ask them how is that possible because a car hire was the 1st think I mentioned that I want because it was included on my previous insurance ,I was shopping around looking for the same benefits that am getting on the previous insurance. So it means I got the **** quote and I canceled my previous insurance to join 1st for women under **** Quote because first for women was less with R100 from my previous insurance. Only for me to find out that it was less because the car hire was not included and I told them that they should retrieve the call log so that the can listen to the conversation and it’s been 7 days without getting an assistance. When I call they keep on putting me on hold and saying they are looking for a manager. I realise that they have lot of hidden cost that they don’t mention . For example the road assistance.its says extra cost but they did not mention that to me .
