Matshidiso

Needed roadside side assist for a flat battery and after loading more than R100 airtime(vodacom by the way) trying to get through the call center being sent from pillar to post, I was finally helped by a Matshidiso Modisapodi. The sweet lady managed to calm me down and assist me as much and as fast as she could. She continuosly called to update me on the progress of my request and I believe she went out of her way to make sure I got the help I needed. I'm so touched at how she handled me and the situation, and the way she made sure that I do indeed get the service I wanted. The roadside assist gentle man was quick and effient as well...I'm truly impressed!!
