Mass confusion and incompetence
I submitted a claim for a damaged tablet in January. It was collected, assessed, and I was phoned by a FFW agent to tell me a repair had been authorised.

Now, a month later, I have heard nothing from anyone about this repair.

I have been trying to follow up find out what's going on, and I keep getting different stories from every party involved. Every time I call and speak to a FFW agent, they tell me they will escalate the call and phone me back that very day to keep me informed, but they never call as promised. And every time I call back, I get a new agent, who promises me the same thing.

I'm getting very frustrated.

According to the FFW agents, repair authorisation was sent to the 3rd party supplier in January. The repair company tells me they have no record of any repair authorisation.

I was then phoned about an hour ago by someone claiming that no, the tablet was going to be replaced instead. Then I was phoned back a little later by the same person saying that no, indeed, the tablet is supposed to be repaired.

This is the most *********** service I have ever received from First For Women. I am seriously disappointed, since I have always had great service from FFW before
