Made Claiming from Insurance a Breeze

I had an incident with my car and called FFW. I was lucky enough to get Kavish on the phone who helped me through the process. I had never made a claim before so I was nervous and scatty, but he was very patient and easy to understand. He calmed me down and explained everything thoroughly!
