MAD AS HELL

i am going to complain until i get fully assisted. i don't want their stupid comments of escalating my matter i want them to call me. i have bumped the side of my car side mirror and the right side of the bumper and boot. they tell me it was two different events and that i never claimed for the first inncident. which it total bull! i told to send an assessor or someone to come and evaluate the scence of the accident but nothing...they finally said they'll pay for my claim but to my surprise my car comes back and only the mirror is fixed and not the bumper and boot. to make all worse their excess amount it RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!. i am going to complain until i get full assistance!!!!! because when they collect their monthly instalment the take the full amount not half. so i refuse to get half of a service.... NEVER!!!!!!!!!
