Lousy service they don't care about their customers

These people are absolute ****s we had a power surge in my complex and it damaged my appliances when we claimed they came and picked up the items afterwards they rejected the claim and say that the items stopped working due to wear and tear, however these items were in perfect working condition prior to the power surge we lodge a dispute whilst they still had the items they did not re-asses now they come back and say unfortunately they rejecting the dispute as well even without them re-assessing the items now that I tell them we have proof that our complex chairperson saw these items damaged right after they restored the power now they change tune all the while they returned the items back to us with re assessing and doing their due diligence bunch of professional ****mers

Don't trust them
