Livid long time customer

After having my wifes car insured for 4 years (and premium increased without inspection), we wanted to do the cash back option but were told that we need to activate the cash back option on the app and pay an additional R63 per month for another 4 years before we can get a cash back amount. Very disappointed in this service after wasting our money for 4 years and will definately be changing insurers very soon.
