lodged a claim two months ago, claim still not finalized because the insurer is demanding an excess that does not appear on policy schedule. poor customer service. Sent from pillar to post, no one assisting me. how can a client be expected to pay an amount that is not stipulated on policy schedule? ****************. I would never recommend this insurer to anybody.
