"Let's take your money and give you every reason not to pay you"

What a waste of money on an insurance company that looks for every reason not to pay you. my Portable possessions cover UNSPECIFIED (FIRST R 5,500.00 AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED). I claim for a portable speaker less than this amount. Only for then to tell me its not specified so its not covered because its more than R 4000. This is so contradictory. They dont even offer a lesser settlement. They don't even cover it under home contents... whats the point then of insurance. I'll be looking for an alternative insurance company.
