Lengthy vehicle repair time
Had an accident end of October 2018.
The claim was submitted and approved by first week of November 2018.
I was promised by the service provider that the car would be done with repairs by 21 December 2018. It is today 19 December and I just received an sms that I will only receive my car in January 2019. I have already made December plans and this is such an inconvenience.
I am really disappointed in the service for the repair of my car.
