legal dept agent just fights with me and hangs up the call

<p>i called to put through a third party claim. someone from this company called me after a week to put through the claim. i explained the lady how the accident happened and she started fighting with me and telling me her client did not cause the accident. so i told her i have the pictures and i asked her if she was at the accident scene. she was not there and cannot say her client did not cause the accident. she then cut the call on me.i didnt get her name but the calls are recorded and can pick up who this rude women is</p>
