*****- legal action for 13 year debits
I had a terrible experience with first for women in 2012, and decided to close my account. I received an email yesterday and noticed that they have been debiting my account for the past 13 years, yet I closed my account in 2012. I called the call centre of which they are now saying it's the value+added products. I no longer have that car even after all these years.
My point though is that I called with a client no, to cancel. That would mean for the client that any products related to that specific number would need to be closed. They confirmed that my insurance was closed but value-added products not. I'm taking legal action as this is *****. If you call and close and cancel a specific bank account number, how could any products related to that number even continue to work.
