Left without assistance

I’m so disappointed. I called for assistance with a flat battery and Serashan (***)arrived with someone and opened my bonnet and then they got back into the car (left the bonnet open)and as they were about to drive off I asked them where they were going and they said they didn’t have cables to boost the car and they drove off. I tried to call them and they cut my call. I then sent them a message asking them why they left my bonnet open. I am a woman who is stuck on the side of the road with my laptop and handbag in the car and my car won’t lock because the battery is flat. Instead of helping they left me in plain sight in a more venerable position than I was before they arrived. reference C02E2ZE
