Left Stranded Despite Having Roadside Cover

I was left stranded on a stretch of national road the past weekend. I called FFW as I have roadside assistance with the company. I had an issue with the service provider they had assigned to my call. The service provider was "Daves Panelbeaters" based in Ladysmith KZN. I called FFW to let them know about the issue with the tow truck driver and requested another company to be assigned to my call. FFW cancelled the service that service provider but never bothered to assign another company to my call. In the end I had to find another tow truck company off the internet. So much for putting women first, its just a marketing gimmick. As a female in South Africa this was traumatic. And to ass insult to injury I pay a premium each month for this sub-standard service. I am defiantly looking for a new insurer for my household and car cover.
