Late response of claims, lack of communication, dont want to pay for claims

I lodged a claim on the 20th of march 2024, for accident with animal with my vehicle, i was only contacted today to be informed that because my evaluation report of damages are around 7k and my access is R6300 and they will be an additional 4k access because my policy is still new (less than 6months) so they wont pay anything for the accident damage to fix the car reason being that the amount is more than the access fee . Im so dissatisfied, i even miss my previous insurer (Mi-way )i think they were way better in processing claims and paying off .
