Last For Women Pathetic service

23rd of December a guy crashed into me and i called 1st for woman as i didn't know what else to do. Spoke to gift and he insisted my car be towed even though my car was still drivable... lodged my claim same day after reporting at the police station near me and i was advised a lady by the name of Millicent will call me the next day to assist me further. Today is the 30th and she has not called me, i have been the one calling and speaking to rude unemphatic consultants by the likes of Karl, Njabulo,Liezel, Nomvula etc. that some drop calls on me and don't even bother to call me back. I need my car fixed ASAP since i'm new in JHB and taxis are a nightmare in this area. NO ONE CARES, even when i ask for a supervisor i can never speak to one as these consultants want to just annoy me. I am even wanting to find out how i can get my car back and have it fixed then have the insurance pay for the damages, no one can tell me other options... is this the kind of service i signed up for?? its December, my life is a mess and its made worse by 1st for women. I can not wait to Cancel my POLICY with Last For Women...
