LAST FOR WOMEN INSURANCE.... NOT FIRST

I am very unhappy with the services (or lack thereof) from 1t for Women Insurance.

Almost all of my interactions with them, except for the consultant that signed me up, have been frustrating and unfulfilled. When making enquiries, I've been passed on from one person to the next as they pass the buck, and ultimately I get cut off.

Staff promise to call back, but don't. Claims were handled poorly and the reasons for declining were not sufficient. Lack of clarity and ownership of their role.

I would really appreciate it if a Team Leader could please call me.
