I've had the baddest claim experience. The agent had the audicity to tell me I was being **********. I send a damage report and he said I used my family for it, just because of the coincidence that we shared the same surname. They are so bad at phoning back and giving feedback. I would highly recommend that you shop elsewhere. So disgusted.... Not first for women, rather last.
