I had an accident over 6 weeks ago now. My car was towed from the scene and still has not been repaired. Every time I phone the claims centre, I speak to a different person. I keep being told that I will get a call from a manager, but no ever calls with regard to when my car will be ready, why it is taking so long, whether the claim from the person responsible for the accident has gone through or why I must treated disrespectfully by the repairs centre.
