Last for women

I registered a car accident claim with First for Women on 29 March 2016. Two months later they were still busy processing the claim with me having to phone them to ask about it. Eventually the claim was handed to a service provider. Since my car was in the Free State and I live in the Western Cape they asked me if I would allow for it to be fixed there since it would be too costly to transport it to the WC. I agreed providing that anything that was not fixed up to standard could be fixed here and that they would be responsible for delivering the car to me in the WC. Last week the service provider informed me that the car would be ready by Monday 13 June and I immediately phoned FFW to ask them to arrange for my car to be delivered to me. They informed me that somebody else would phone me back regarding the issue. Needless to say, nobody did and I had to phone them 4 more times this week. Each time I received the same answer. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have been without transport for almost 3 months and to top it all, my car is fixed and now they are still postponing the delivery.
