LAST FOR WOMAN

On the 28 May 2019 i was involved in an accident that was not my fault. Despite all the issues with the repair of my vehicle i had to pay the excess amount. It has now been 7 months later and still no repayment on the excess. I do understand that there are procedures but surely i should not have to receive the same constant feedback. Sorry mam this has been escalated no response received. Surely in 7 months time the legal proceedings should have also taken course. A letter of demand is only valid for a certain period before the next legal step gets taken. Even when they called the 3rd party they said they could not get hold of him, however while i am on the line with 1st for women i called the 3rd party and his response was that no one has called him.!!!! Hopefully now i will get a response other than this has been escalated. Do you even know the meaning of escalated, surely not. So now i have taken the liberty to escalte this matter for you.!!
