Last for anyone

FIRST TIME I have to use them and I have been waiting THREE hours - my car wont start and laodshedding was on so couldnt use the app - I call and was cut off 3 times before I managed to keep a convo going - book a call out (first woman wants to tow - I say - it just wont start - no need to tow - roadside assist) call booked. Get an sms and then another later to say assistance despatched. Wait an hour - nothing. Call again. Woman says another 20 minutes (clearly didnt check0 30 minutes later I call - give my info - dude cuts me off. Call again - get a very patient but woman that doesnt exactly communicate so I dont knwo if I'm cut off or holding - 13 minutes I find out that teh call was never booked. Now I must wait 30 minutes. I pay a higher premium for business insurance. This is 100% unacceptable. I will be cancelling my policy and choosing one of the three cheaper options I had been offered when I was scouting for this insurance. I only chose it as I am a woman alone and thought with Guardian Angel it made sense but they woudl never actually get desptached so there is really no point in hoping that IF I ever need THAT assistanec I would actually get it. NOTE 3hr 10 minutes and still not assisted.
