Lack of service

I was expecting to receive a call regarding my previous complaint about the premium increase but instead I keep receiving more marketing calls. I cancelled my Home contents cover as well as the phone cover because I could no longer afford the premiums and went to Naked insurance instead. You will NOT deduct R1700 from my account because that was not my agreement with you guys. If this will be a problem, please let me know on time so I can cancel the last insurance with you and move to a different company.
