Lack of customer service

My car broke down on Saturday, the 19th November 2016 at about half past two at schoemanskloof in Mpumalanga. I called first for women at about 2:45 and tow truck only arrived at 8:00pm, the family run car only arrived after 8:00pm. FFW did not send a guardian angel as they were supposed to and I was in the middle of nowhere surrounded by mountains and trucks and other vehicles passing by at high speed, luckily I was not alone as I had passengers in my car. I had to fight with FFW, call countless times with my airtime in the middle of nowhere before they could assist me. It was confirmed to me telephonically that my car would be taken to Witbank Toyota and that I would not pay any further costs. However the contact centre advised that they did not authorize that the car should be taken to Witbank Toyota as they were supposed to take it to nelspruit Toyota. They further alleged that they have no recordings to prove that the vehicle should be taken to Witbank Toyota and that I must pay the costs for the vehicle being taken to Witbank. I am utterly dissapointed in the lack of professionalism, service and misrepesentation by firsly lying that the the tow truck and family run vehicle are on their way wen I have to wait for 4 hours, the misrepresentation that the vehicle was authorized to be taken to Witbank Toyota and I would not pay for anything. The lack of professionalism in that I had to continuously make calls, ask for feedback when the agent didn't call me to inform me of the status of my claim. I am leaving FFW and as an employee of the FSB, I will take this up further.
