lack of consideration

Please note i have just called in a few weeks ago requesting a reduced premium because of this pandemic , now you send a letter of increase in next month and half, knowing noone has recovered by then. This increase of R2400 is ridiculous and i cannot afford that. Please get someone to call me urgent to put this back to what it is or i need to go look at another insurer
