Lack of communication and transparency from 1st for Women

Utterly disgusted in 1st For Women. I was in a car accident on the 10th May 2020. Insurance called and I explained what had happened, my claim was approved the 11th May 2020, 1st For Women then sent an assessor to the s**** yard where my car has been standing before moving to the car to the panel beater. According to the first assessor he does not see much damage as he does not see any leakage of oil and water, after explaining that the water and oil has leaked out at the accident scene. Following day, the car was sent to the panel beater for further assessing, the panel beater has then found more damage to what the 1st assessor has not picked up. Insurance then sent out a 2nd assessor and telephonically the panel beater said the damage quote is R77000. We asked for proof of quotation and we were told they cannot send it as the assessor has to send it to the insurance to be processed. Mind you, we have been calling insurance for feedback waiting for quotation and when they will be fixing the car. 18th May we called again to follow up on the awaiting quote to be sent, the panel beater then explained they have found more damage, this regarding my aircon has to be replaced, air pipe going into the aircon, air filter, dashboard, windscreen, headlights, and also both my airbags has popped, driver seat belt and backseat seat belt needs to be repaired as well. So, this leaves me with an additional cost which will cost way more than R77000. This is now a second quote that had to be processed. Yet we are still waiting on the FIRST quote that was telephonically said to us, we requested again for the quote and again it was stated they do not have this on hand as the assessor has it, we have been asking to speak to the assessor since 18th May, we have no name or contact of the assessor dealing with our car, according to them they have no contact on hand or the assessor has left already, there's always a story regarding contact of this assessor. Firstly, we are now highly irritated because the 1st assessor already did his job incorrect as he did not pick up the water and oil has leaked out, and also not picking up the damage the panel beater as picked up. We called again two days later for a quote on black and white, and when will they start fixing our car. Insurance said they do not have it as the assessor has it with him, I am highly frustrated that we cannot get our car's quote as there is always excuses regarding this. We received a call on 1st June from the panel beater and said they have found an electrical fault regarding our wiring harness, the panel beater then explained that he does not have this harness part and has explained this to the insurance, insurance then told him to get a quote from the s**** yard which they have quoted him R11000. We are now angry and also 1st For Women has lost our trust because firstly their policy states, they only use original parts, so why would they ask a panel beater to request this in the first place if this is their policy. Personally, we do not trust them at all regarding them fixing our car now as how sure are we that they will be using original parts. How sure are we that our car will be safe as both airbags must be replaced and what if the electric fault is not fixed properly as this can cause our car to set alight! We are now going to take this case further as we have call records of every call!
