Lack of communication
I was involved in an accident on the 18th April. My car was written off. My claim was processed and 1st for woman paid the bank and left me with a shortfall of R10000. I advised 1st for woman that I would like to at least try claim my excess back from the 3rd party. I followed up with the process on the 15th May and received no response. I then followed up again on the 23rd May. I was then called on 24th May to confirm the registration number of the 3rd party as they were struggling to trace the vehicle. It again went quiet and I've had no further communication. I sent another email on the 6th July advising my dissatisfaction with the fact that no communication is given at all. Again, no response. This is no way to treat locals customers.
