I'm really annoyed by your insurance, I have a problem with the earth on my property and your company says it's a municipal problem. How can the pole that links my house and 3 other houses only affect 1 house. Surely if it was a municipality problem from the main pole that links to our DB box all my neighbours should be affected. You guys are trying hard to avoid my claim and I'm very irritated. Manager doesn't seem to care. Consultant doesn't seem to care. So someone must 1st die or house must burn down. Don't bull**** me about the municipal leading to my house. Whatever current flows from the mains flows to my neighbours so they should also have a problem and they don't. Send out a second assessor whatever it is. I don't care. Why do I pay insurance. You quick to take people's money and quick to decline
