Just give me back my money....

I took out insurance when then in June for 1st July. I called before the deduction was meant to go off and canceled and I was assured the debit order would not go off. And you then you guessed it they still debited me so I email them and they tell me it was processed I called me bank and vej sent them the confirmation chat to confirm that there was no refund they asking for statement really such a big company just refund please I'm tired of your games and happy I decided to not do business with you.
