The claims process is horrible, they are appointing *********** panel beaters. When you complain about the service they get irritated. Do not fall for cheap premiums as you will struggle when having to claim. It over a month I have not received my vehicle. The first panel beater was authorized to fix the vehicle and 15 days later they could not fix the car as the damages are structural related. The vehicle was not towed to the newly authorized panel beater I had to complain about it and later it was removed. Today the current panel beater informs me that they have not yet received approval for fixing the vehicle.
