Janine was very friendly and helpful. The call was very quick and efficient. She contacted me regarding my retention query and was able to spot a way for my premium to be decreased. During the call it felt like she really was trying to find a way to help me pay less and she gave me clear instructions on how to handle my review come year end. 10/10
