I've processed a claim on 3rd December and for 2months didn't get no response

I've processed a claim on 3rd December and for 2months didn't get no response. On receipt of response it was all bad news which I was not happy with and challange it till today no feedback or payment has been made. 2. On 12 May I processed a claim for a cellphone which I believe has been paid but no explanation was provided as when I was called I was in a noisy environment and requested a call back after 20 min to date no call back has been made. I'm very dissatisfied with 1st for women because I keep paying huge premiums with no joy of service I'm paying for as a result I'm considering terminating my service with you
