It was unfortunate that I found out during my requotation that my excess has been increasing without my knowledge. In 2019 I signed a contract in which I agreed to R5 600 excess, but now in 2022, I find out that my excess managed to go up to R6 600. I honestly do not know what I was going to do, if I was in an accident and I didn't have sufficient funds. Ffw needs to notify clients about this. Bernadette was very patient with me and very friendly over the phone. The reason why this review has a rating of 4 stars is because of her kind spirit. Either than that, I would have given the company 2 stars. Thank you so much Bernadette.
