It was good until it wasn't...

First for Women were amazing when I was looking for a good insurance on a new car I was purchasing and my current insurance could not meet their quote. I signed on and was happy except for their excess. Then my current insurance called back with a slightly lower quote an no excess. Fantastic. Or so I thought. It's been 2 days now trying to cancel this policy - and the debit order went through last night. This is constant. On hold for 10 minutes for cancellations until I eventually give up. I would definitely recommend their services but for goodness sakes don't try and cancel anything! Please note your sales staff are amazing. Incredibly helpful and a 5 star but god forbid that you interact with them further because after that it all goes to hell where it has *rgies with lucifer atop a pentagon. There is probably an upside down cross somewhere in there two.
