It has been bumpy road especially when I submitted a hail damage claim, wherein I had to constantly check the panel beater and the insurance. The claim was approved long time without notifying the panel beater hence the random checks with both parties. I felt that 1st for Women didn't handle my claim very well since I claimed around April 2021 but my car was fixed in Jan 2022 because of poor communication.
