Ist for women incompetence and poor service.
I had a car overheating problem whereby my "comprehensive" car insurance 1st for women promised to send me tow truck. It was 16h.00 when I waited for their "30 min". At 17:55 I was still waiting till I called again. They promised to phone the truck driver till. As I feared the darkness, some guy helped to tow me to the nearest garage.... 18:30 still no assistance. Won't advise anyone to sign for 1st for women..... This is not the 1st incident in thatim g_tvol.

26 Apr 2021, 20:02I've just arrived home, a friend arrived before the insurance and towed me. Still no response from 1st for women. I would have been ****** or worse. Why lie to customers! This is the 3rd time I get no reaction from this company. I need to reimburse my friend so please pay back my R850.
