Is it really first for women? 3 issues in 3 days?

I was in an accident on Friday, I called and logged a call, the lady advised she would call me at 6 am the next morning to tow my car into an assessment centre. I did not receive a call.

I called first for women to add a courtesy car, the lady entered in my wrong licence issued date, my premium shot up by R 300, and she was unable to correct it. Thank goodness when I called again Johan assisted me and corrected this. But I was told that I would be called back to correct this matter ASAP, no call, I had to follow up

WORST CASE: Now I find out they have not even looked at my car in the last three days, and they still won’t until next week. So this is a client sitting with no means of transport, while my insurance makes no urgency efforts for over a week??? They short on assessors, then hire more people!!!!! We pay a large amount of money every month, in the event we might have an accident, but when we do….. there is no urgency. So the panel beaters can’t even order parts yet!?
