Is a 25% increase on my monthly premium ethical?

Is a 25% increase ethical? Here is the communication I received from FFW. It was not emailed/communicated to me, I had to search for the information on their website after the amount was deducted from my bank account.

“Here is how your premium has changed: Your old premium was: R 3,564.79 Your new premium is: R 4,455.14 and will be effective from 1 September 2022.”

I expect a refund. This is not the first time my premium was increased by a ridiculous percentage without my knowledge or consent. I am very disappointed that there is absolutely no evidence of respect or integrity.
